Kristin was kind, gave me a lot of time as a new patient to address my medical history and concerns. She was helpful, gentle, knowledgeable and showed concerns for all areas of my health, not just what she herself could treat. Highly recommend this office and provider for care!

My appointment was at 11:00 with a check in time of 10:30. I got there at 10:25. I didn’t get called back until 11:59. They told me they were covering two other doctor’s appointments, as well as taking walk-ins. I felt like I was not a priority at all. With that being said..once I got back into the room, I was seen very quickly. Dr. Quina took her time with me and listened to everything I had to say. She went over our next steps of action and scheduled my next appointment exactly when I needed. Everyone was very nice, friendly and happy….they were just simply overbooked.

From the moment I walked through the door, I had an outstanding experience. The entire staff was welcoming, polite, professional, and genuinely kind. Every person I interacted with made me feel valued and treated me with respect, creating a positive and comfortable environment from check-in to check-out. My new Primary Care Manager, Kristin Quina, was truly a breath of fresh air. She took the time to actively listen to my concerns, never made me feel rushed, and ensured I felt heard throughout the entire appointment. She asked thoughtful questions, brought up excellent points about several health issues I’ve been experiencing, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. What impressed me most was that I could tell she genuinely cared. She wasn’t just checking boxes—she showed real concern, compassion, and a sincere desire to help me improve my health and quality of life. I left the appointment feeling hopeful and confident that I finally have a provider who will partner with me in managing my healthcare. Dr.Quina Was very thorough extremely knowledgeable she had excellent bedside manners and she knew exactly what she was doing. I highly respect her and think she is a great doctor. I recommend her to everyone.. She is very personable and she cares about you And you’re well-being.

I felt like she did a thorough examination to determine what my diagnosis could be. She also ordered lab work to rule out other issues that it possibly could be and she was supposed to send my lab order to quest, but quest as of this morning has not received the lab order. I did leave a message with the nurse and I will be checking to see if it was sent, but overall it was a great experience. I would highly recommend this provider. For your urgent care Care needs
